Board has a 14-day free trial with every feature, and no card needed, so you can be sure before you pay.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@example.com within 30 days of your purchase, from the address you bought with, or include your order number from the receipt.

What happens next

• We’ll reply within a few working days and issue the refund through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to the payment method you used.
• Your bank or card provider may take several more days to show it.
• Your license key is deactivated, and Board goes back to read-only on your Macs. Nothing on your board is deleted.

After 30 days

Write to us anyway if something’s wrong; we’ll do what we reasonably can. This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
